Our Why

We’re dedicated to empowering the next generation of occupational therapists and supporting families across Australia through playful, professional and neuro-affirming care.

For Therapists

We provide tailored, evidence-based supervision for new graduate and early-career occupational therapists, supporting clinicians to build their confidence, strengthen their practice and grow into their roles with the right guidance and support.

For Parents/Caregivers

We translate evidence-based occupational therapy into practical, everyday strategies that feel achievable and fit naturally into the routines of busy families—helping children build skills, confidence and independence through meaningful activities.

At My Skill Set, we believe everyone has the potential to grow, learn and thrive—and we’re here to help unpack it.

Meet Elisabeth

Elisabeth is an experienced paediatric occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children and families thrive. She values building genuine, positive relationships with children and the people who support them, and believes the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals.

Elisabeth has supported children with a range of neurodevelopmental presentations across private practice, clinic, school, community and telehealth settings. Her approach is practical, neuro-affirming and focused on understanding each child as an individual — including their strengths, interests, needs and goals.

Supporting therapists to grow with confidence

As a clinical supervisor, Elisabeth brings the same warm, collaborative approach to supporting therapists. She creates a safe and supportive space to ask questions, work through clinical challenges, reflect on practice and build confidence.

Whether you're a new graduate finding your feet, an early-career therapist developing your skills, or an OT transitioning into paediatrics, Elisabeth can help you strengthen your clinical reasoning, develop practical skills and navigate the realities of day-to-day practice.

Her supervision is tailored to you — your experience, your goals, your clients and the areas where you want to grow.
